Why are Boundaries & Grace important in Self Care?

Having boundaries is such an important aspect of maintaining healthy relationships and taking care of your own well being. They can be physical, emotional, or mental limits that you set for yourself that can help define what you feel is acceptable and what is not acceptable in your interactions with people. Setting boundaries can help you protect your emotional well being. This may cause you to say no in certain requests or situations where you feel it may trigger you to stress or be anxious

But being able to choose and hand select any and everybody who comes into your energy field, it really changed the game for me. It allowed me to stay in a frequency that I wanted to be in and not one that I didn't want to be in. And sometimes it's more difficult because of influences and challenges that we may face, but it's not always the only reason. But nonetheless, there are many factors to this
