It involves healthy habits and activities that promote relaxation, stress reduction, intentional happiness, and overall health. Okay, so what does that mean? That means self care is you taking intentional steps to make your life better. You doing the work or creating the habits to make your life better for yourself. That's it. What makes you happy? What makes you feel at peace? What makes you feel loved? Those things naturally are the things that you should be doing. And that's self care

I am to some degree. I check out. And when I say I check out, I don't even allow people opinion of me to no shape or way take root of how I feel about myself. So self care is important. Many people don't know what that is. They work on the superficial, the outer, but not the inner part, which is important. I think when you develop that confidence in yourself, you really start valuing your self care and that becomes important to you
