Can a schedule Help make life easier?

Now, don't go creating a schedule that's structured only towards other people, your family, your friends, your job. Make sure that you have a schedule structured around what you need as priority, because you are priority. So make sure to prioritize the activities that promote your overall health in positive ways. Like your exercise and your journal time and your meditation, socializing with your loved ones. Those things are important to maintain a healthy, balanced lifestyle. So here we are

It's something to lean on and I think that's what I had trouble envisioning at first is I thought it was sort of like a cage, but it's really just like, yeah, it's a crutch. It's something to help support you and sometimes you get off track and you lose the rhythm and maybe your schedule kind of gets a little bit out of control. There's always seasons like that, I think, but it's a good reminder that it's something to come back to
