Some years back when I first started getting on an airplane, I had to redirect my focus and think about of kind of founding out the fact that I was in the airplane by I would take a magazine and kind of put it in front of me and practice, just focus and looking only at that until it got to a point once the elevator meet my elevator, that the airplane reached the level where it levels off, and then I'm able to kind of feel a little bit more comfortable
