Fear of raising your prices in the beauty industry

So, again, chime in anyone who's been through this and what it's been like for you, because I'm about to enter the unknown here. Even though I'm excited, I'm kind of curious, and I know that I'm going to have to keep explaining to people who haven't been paying attention my new price and my reason for the new price, etc. So I look forward to hearing from anyone who can chime in. Thank you. Happy New Year

Hi, Christy. Happy New Year. And I wanted to congratulate you on taking that step for your business. It seems daunting, but hopefully it will be good. It sounds like it will. I don't really have any experience with that, but I'm going to resell this and hopefully there's people on the app who have experience with this and can share their insights

Client POV

Christie I think one of the more difficult decisions of any business is whether to raise prices or not, and when, and the fear of the client backlash because of that. And the good news is, I think there are a lot of people that realize that price increases are necessary these days. I think most consumers will understand that it costs a lot more today to run a salon than it did 20 years ago or even a year ago. So there is that expectation there
