How do you manage your mental load?

And in group settings, that can be when the overwhelm happens, right. Because the intake of all the stimuli can kind of push you over the edge, whatever that is for you. So I want to talk about mental load, and just as a thing, I want you to just be fluent in understanding what this is and really take an audit of yourself. So layer number one is all the things requiring your immediate attention, right

I started thinking about the studies that have shown how multitasking in reality is not a good thing that our brains can handle just so much. And it's ironic. The brain is such a misunderstood and complex organ in our body, and yet some of the basic functions, and maybe I shouldn't refer to it as basic functions, but when we break them down and as they add up, they become more complex, obviously
