Happy Solstice! What do you do with the longest day of the year?

And I know there's a lot on instagram and the internet with people who talk about this almost like it's a holiday, because for many people it is. And so if this is foreign to you again, take the challenge, learn something new, maybe even change your schedule today to get out and enjoy that sun. I am very curious to find out what reactions people might have to this. And anyway, I'm here, I'm listening, I'm curious. Please

But then when you reach today, it's like the peak, the pinnacle you're tipping over into then anticipation of leading into the changes of fall and then winter and the cold, snugly, dark nights. And there's just a real appreciation for the shifting, the nuances, the subtleties of change that are inevitable and unavoidable. I don't set apart the solstices as significantly different

You. Thank you for this question about summer solstice. I get excited when each solstice comes because it allows me to reflect, to think. I think that my body kind of responds to the solstice in such a way that I'm either most of the times I'm more tired. So I'm a teacher and I did training for about half the morning, from about nine to twelve. After it was over, I came and I laid down. I just relaxed

I love the long, long days of daylight. I love it. But today wasn't that day. It's supposed to rain until I think Saturday. I think Saturday we'll get sunshine, but tomorrow through Friday we're supposed to have more rain, more clouds, more very unseasonable temperatures. Where is my 90 deg hot, dry weather? Where is the it? I don't know, but it's just cloudy off and on rain, 60 degrees. It feels like October instead of June
