There's people looking for jobs, and some people are feeling probably a little desperate. And like I said, I want to shift the paradigm away from thinking that this time of the year is not the time to do that, it is the time to do it. So let's help each other. And I can tell you without doubt the jobs that I got that were from networking were infinitely better than the jobs I got through a traditional way of actually getting a job. Not even close. Not even close
Reconnections with people should be a reignition because you already have affinity. So there's naturally something maybe sitting dormant to talk about so that you don't have to invent it. You don't have to be fake, you don't have to be disingenuous, you don't have to go, oh, but I'm going to call this guy and oh, I have to talk about something. And I know some people who are more introverted
