This is such a good idea. I did something recently like this that kind of illuminated an area of interest and strength in me that I didn't realize I had about working with kids. But I'm actually having a little zoom session with a friend today to kind of have a creative brainstorm. So I think I'm going to bring this exercise to the all and do it with her. I think this is such a good idea. Thank you so much for sharing it
I can't explain it because I'm not a scientist who studies brains, but every person that I've worked through the exercise with, whether it was in a coaching session or I gave it to them as homework, I'm telling you, everybody's like, oh, my gosh, I never lot of this as a marketable thing. And now I wrote it down on a sheet of paper, and now, of course, it's coming up on my Instagram feed. It's showing up everywhere
