The Bible says if you believe in your heart and you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and that he resurrected from the dead, then you will be saved. It doesn't dawn on you until you're in one of those situations just how powerful, how great the message of the resurrection is, how we ourselves can be revived, how we can take off our flesh of iniquity and put on Christ. It is no longer us who lives, but Christ who lives in us
