Why is it important to protect yourself
I'm sorry if I read that a little bit fast, but you get the gist of the prayer. I always like to say this, at least more than once on the day, because who doesn't like protection? But for me, when I'm around certain individuals, I wouldn't say my social battery runs out, but I would say is that I just don't feel as talkative or I just don't feel much as myself when I'm around individuals or family
