Getting off the SituationShip

And the article that's written by Ms Kimberly Holland on healthline.com goes to say, the denial is such an overwhelming emotion when you're going through grief. It gives you time to literally or gradually absorb the news or begin to actually process it. And some examples of the denial stage would be a divorce. They're just upset. This will be over tomorrow. With job loss, they would say they were mistaken. They'll call tomorrow and say they need me. The death of a loved one

Yeah, it's so real. Like, acceptance is actually, like, a much bigger hurdle than it sounds, like, right off the bat. But I think since I've started practicing accepting things a little bit more, it feels like half the problem is already not solved, but on its way to some sort of, like, release at least. Or I'm on the way to some release

R o. Thank you so much for your input. I do apologize about the late response. I haven't really been on social media as much over the last week or two because, honestly, I'm still trying to get off my little boat of feeling. I'm doing much better right now. I think I am getting into the point of acceptance, so I'm just going to continue to push through and take it one day at a time
