Declutter for the New Year

How good does it feel when you come in your house and it smells good and it looks good, it gives you a relaxing feeling. I like candles. I love my aromatherapy. It just helps me to feel good about me. So they had a couple decluttering ideas. And what you can do is just start small. You don't have to declutter everything and clean everything at once

And it is so tied together. I think decluttering your space and decluttering your mental space, I think I find it helps me so much to have a living space that's tidy and organized and it's not too busy. I have a lot of art and books and things that are very meaningful that people have given to me. But I find a way to make them organized and to make them so that they're not eyesores

I truly believe that taking some deep breaths and clearing our minds and our hearts and just taking the time out from the busy world is very, very important. I will continue to use this app that I found online that is assisting me with stretching and deep breathing. And it's been so beneficial, and sometimes I just need a time out. So, yes, I agree that meditation is helpful
