And something that I've been really trying to cultivate within my own journey is just realizing how many times I said yes to others, whether that was going out and drinking. And hanging out and chatting to with random people and then now kind of wanting to really protect my peace and really cultivate authentic relationships with my friends rather than just superficial ones that are fueled by partying or alcohol or whatever, or whatever the scenario was
