And today it is actually really nice out and overall just actually really cold. I mean, really cool for me, is different from somebody who grew up in Michigan or something because I am from a warmer climate. So it's definitely today has just been very cold and wearing my dime jacket. But I kind of wanted to talk today a little bit about seasonal depression, which I've never experienced before. And obviously I have not been diagnosed from a doctor or a therapist or anything like that

It's about studying Ayurveda for yourself and making make sense for yourself so that you notice if the weather is kind of like gloomy, what are things you could do based on your temperament, based on your body, your kinesiology, and how your mood is, how your mood shifts and you can eat things that are different that affect that sleep in different ways that can fit. So Ayurveda kind of like helps us navigate that. That's what the study of Ayurveda is like studying one's own well being

My mom knew I was struggling and she was like, what are you going to do? That's nice for yourself? And I was like, I don't know, probably just chill. And she was like, Well, do something specific, like, go get a nice tea. It doesn't have to be something crazy, but life gets so repetitive. And I think when it gets darker earlier, we become hyper aware of how mundane and repetitive and routine and monotonous
