What programs are you running?

And that's the place I'm trying to get to, to really familiarize myself with all the programs I have and all the coding involved in each of them and examine it so I can decide, is this something I want to keep and continue to run and continue to show up with, or is it something I need to be aware of? Because in certain moments it will serve me? Or is this something I need to delete? It needs to go away

#Reflections We are machines with so many programs running, most of which were not installed by us or at least not with our knowledge & acceptance.

It's a pretty interesting line of work. It's honestly one, I think that should be a non negotiable for everybody and hopefully soon it will be. But conversations like this will definitely help normalize it and help to make people realize just how much of our beliefs are not our own and how beautiful that is because we get the blessing, this immaculate gift to go in and redevelop what we want our beliefs to be. It's not easy, right? But it's definitely worth it

You. Thank you for that. Thank you for chiming in. I do not know of Jake Ducey, but I am definitely going to look him up and it's encouraging to know other people talking about it. I have had other conversations and other spaces and some of the work that I do as a speaker coach, which is really just work, helping people connect to their true selves, which is part of the reason I'm doing a lot of this work. So I agree
