Lord Vishnu added to this boon that only after the word Harhar used for Mahadev for Lord Shiva himself, she will only be the second in the whole universe who the word Harhar will be used before her name as in Harhar Gange. So after many many years, her soul got converted into holy water and she descended from the universe, from above in Lord Shiva's deadlock hair through his jatai and came on earth. And today she's still very much on earth blessing, healing and giving us liberation
