Anything that breathes and has life. Lord Shiva loves them and accepts them. And he is the God. And he's revered by each and every corner of the world. So that is why la Shiva is also called Pashupatina which also means God and the Lord for everything. Be it the gods, goddesses, animals. So even all the animals love Lord Shiva. And Lord Shiva loves all the animals
