Weight gain, diabetes, I despise the !!

But to kill myself faster by killing myself to be thin isn't the answer. So, as I step off the scale and I go in the office, she knows how I am, so she really doesn't address it like that. But we do talk about the slow progress in getting back, and it was considered critical weight gain. Yeah, I can admit it. I knew it. I see it. I feel it. My clothes are tighter. My face is bigger

And we don't know what they're going through and what their mobility is and what their mindset is. So there's a lot that goes into it. I just stepped on the scale this morning, and my weight is still where it's been. Now. It's not my ideal weight, but I haven't gained. And one of the things that helped me is, like, today I'm working from home. I work from home two days a week

She said that will play a part in me losing weight. And so she said it may be more difficult for me to lose weight because of my hormones due to menopause. And so it's frustrating to me because I do intermittent fasting. And not only do I do intermittent fasting, but I do regular fasting as well, where I don't eat anything and I do it for longer than the intermittent fasting and for church, and it still doesn't like nothing works

I've been going on average like just a couple days a week, but I'm going to step it up. I got to start find something else I can do. For me, walking is boring. I actually need to exercise and feel like I'm doing something. But yeah, I didn't think about that. But those times where I am just picking up something, it's just not the best food. I got to go in here and cook now

We have to eat the small meals to keep us regulated it because what happened is my body, which the purpose of doing the fasting is to put your body in ketosis so you can lose the weight because that's what happens to a diabetic when they don't take their insulin. They automatically lose weight because their body is in panic. It's not healthy for the body. But yeah, I tried that and my doctor was like, no, don't ever do that again

My mother, it's been 14 years and she's struggling like anything, even with her weight. Same thing with us, the weight and the insulin that she takes and the food that she has to eat, the workouts she has to do. So I can feel the struggle. But the thing is, all we can do is be consistent. Forgive ourselves. The most important thing that you can do is forgive yourself

But all in all, it's two people who are both dealing with insulin resistance or not producing enough. It deals with our insulin diet, intake and movement. Helps out a lot. Sleep as well. This week, I'm going to try to get more sleep because I don't get but three to 4 hours, so that could be a problem as well. My body needs time to rest. I'm on a go too much
