Dont give up : a litte motivation

So even if you're on a diet and you're trying to watch your food, maybe you slide back a little bit. It's not about the backslide. It's not about you messing up. It's about the accountability that you took. And it's about dusting off and getting up and starting over again. If you are trying to lose weight because you know that you need to do it for your health, maybe your back's hurting

We can be supportive of one another and encourage each other on this journey. Because regardless of how you may feel, the journey is not to be taken along. There's always someone who can help enhance your journey. Every trial that you go through is not a weight and weights. Actually, if you want to think about it as a weight, when we lift weights, what do we do? We build our muscles. We become stronger

I got much closer to my step goal. I was able to actually rejuvenate. I had more energy than I did from the first workout and I felt better about my day. So we have to remember, it's not about how you start, it's about how you finish. And, yeah, I don't have to make big strides all the time. Sometimes baby steps. The baby steps will still get me to still have me progressing. Um, and I think sometimes, for me, I just want to do so much. Like, I want to progress so fast that I forget that small steps are still a progression. So thank you for this reminder. There was somebody who didn't get up and do nothing this morning or nothing all week. It was somebody who didn't do anything and is still stuck in the same position. But then when I look back at even, like a year ago, oh, man, I come a long way. When I look at three years. Wow. And when I look at five, I didn't knock it out the ballpark. We are so quick to just want to look at the now, but we don't look at the before. So sometimes we need to be reminded. And I hope you enjoy your day, too. And thanks again for responding

Especially if you're in that period where you're doing the work and you don't see any results yet. And it's like, wait a minute. Especially if you use the example such as eating healthy. And there's that period of time when eating healthy where ain't nothing happening. You still look the same, clothes still fit the same, and then slowly but surely, you stay consistent

Hey, girl, I'm glad that it could give you some positive motivation. You know, we all need reminders, and when I post these things, I'm reminding myself as well. So, you know, we just got to stay focused, that's all. We just got to stay focused and keep pushing. And even if we do wander off a little bit, we got to get back on track
