#SelfLove | Here’s what a perfect me-time, date-with-myself looks like...
Just time to listen, even going to sleep beachfront with the balcony window open so I can listen to the waves or sleeping by the river and listen to those the flow of the current. I love nature. So a day for me as far as me time would be a day with nature, a good drink and some good food. So yeah, I enjoy spending time with myself

Hey, Keitha. I love it. Thank you for sharing. You know, it's funny, there's a lot of people who cannot be by themselves, and I'm not saying it's a requirement, but, man, if you can enjoy your own company, that is a blessing. And so I'm glad that you were able to do that. Doesn't surprise me at all, but I'm glad that you were able to do that

That's because they have a train that goes through several states, so that would be a pleasure. You know, just kind of sit on there and relax and have some time. Believe it or not, I wasn't always a person who went by myself. I kind of had no choice life. I lost a lot of people and just didn't have anyone. So I was like, okay, I'm not gonna stop canceling. I'm not gonna start canceling
