I was there. And so she ended up quitting school and fulfilling her dream to have me and a family. My mother always wanted this loving family. She started off having me, and then three years, ten months later, she had my brother, and my brother and I. Throughout the years, we grew up happy children. But in the teenage years, things kind of changed. Since I got 13, things were a lot different than they had been, and life wasn't too happy

But for my mother to continue to be there for me despite everything that I've been through to be my biggest cheerleader, my biggest fan, my biggest supporter, what you said about your mother, it just really put me in the mindset of my own mother and it gave me even greater of appreciation for her and her work and what she's done.
