What’s your favorite exercise and why?

I had a wonderful gym class, and I want to encourage each of you all, if you're not up and moving, to get up and start moving and to nurture your body by allowing your joints to move and just loving yourself, letting your heart get a workout, you know, stretching, meditating, all that good stuff. You know, it's a joy. But, you know, I would like to hear from you all out there in the swell world

Hey, Keitha. I actually love to exercise, so I've got a few exercises. While it would be good, like, your desire to get married and you and your husband run marathons together, while I would want a man that is taking care of his health because if he's healthy, it works out for better of us, I would fear marrying a guy that was too into fitness

And running, as wonderful and great as it is, I. All the lessons come from running after I'm done running, because while you're doing it, running can suck, and it's great at the same time. So, yeah, definitely on board with a running thing. And while I'm thinking about it, if you're looking to get into running, look up a group called Black Girls Run

I wore my Fitbit last night because I had been bad at wearing it and my phone was going off. That's how much I was exercising, how much my heart rate

Like, I want to go home, and I want to have a little bit of a sway because I'm sore, you know? So that's just me. But I do know that running is a great exercise, but I just would prefer something that's a little bit more upbeat. And, you know, in my zumba class, there's this lady that is 71 years old, and I stand beside her, and you cannot tell she's that old number one

When you have an actual instructor, you're not just doing stuff yourself and you have other people around you. Like I said before, you have the same once you get on your gym schedule, other people are on your other schedule. So I remember my buddies in spin class, we would hold the bike for each other cause we know somebody was coming and we get a protein shake afterwards
