So allowing myself to be comfortable in my own space and not necessarily being worried about the space that other people were creating. I did have a meeting with staff and let them know that we are to work together and the way that our attitudes are does affect everyone else in the office. So one person's bad attitude has the ability to affect everyone. Before we know it, we have an office that is out of control
