And my newest venture, which will be the Income Sustaining Venture, which is Cancel Cancel Reset, which is the Income Sustaining Venture, is I am a real estate investor. Oh, my God. Wow. Girl, I might have to get off. Swell. I have closed on my first property, 50% closed. The original seller signed their portion of the closing documents today and we officially closed tomorrow. And I have my second property under contract waiting for the tenant to move out mid July

I know you talked about starting off as nursing, and I work kitha lot of nurses in my history, and I would say y'all are very strong. Y'all have to deal with a lot of things. There's different kind of nurses, different personalities, and that's what that's with every field

And if you're doing something that you think that God told you to do and I have this thing that I get butterflies at certain times, I can just feel it. And that's just like God touching me and letting me know that I'm absolutely where I need to be and that I'm delivering the message that he wants me to deliver. So we have a lot in common when it comes to what we want to do

And if you're a party person, the weekend is over and it's time to go back to work on Monday. I guess it can be a bit of a doozy. So for me, that's why I always like working Sunday and Monday. I'd rather have a Sunday and Monday off. So by the time I go back to work on Tuesday, it's in the flow of things already

You definitely hear people honking horns, getting mad at the traffic. You hear everything. There's a lot of violence here as well, but it's overall, it's a good place to stay. Again, I thank you for sharing. Have a good night
