Natures Medicine

I had planned on going hiking, but it just so happened I ended up finding the scenic route where you could drive your car. And it was glorious. I stopped, I listened, I absorbed. There was a moment where I stepped out and I went on the ledge and I sung I sung a song. And I really connected to the earth and the environment that I was in and the healing that it was providing

And just Mackinal Island period is amazing. It's surrounded by water. There's a huge bridge that you have to get over to get to it, but it is just amazing. It's an amazing place. Also, I love going up to Traverse City in Michigan. The water is just made, so anything with water for me is just amazing. Right. I want to experience because for me, water is so soothing

And I love to walk on our greenways here and just experience nature. I don't even go walking for the exercise of it. I just go walking so I can be outdoors, get some fresh air. I know being outside, I remember when spring first came and it started getting warm, I would just go sit outside, and I would feel healthier just sitting out in the sun for like, 20 minutes and just letting the sun shine down on me

I thank you for suggesting Michigan. My brother's best friend is from Michigan and I know that my brother has been to the place there that a lot of people go in Michigan and he said he loved it. And I have had more than one person suggest this for me. So I think it's a sign that I need to take a trip to Michigan. So I think I'll take you up on that. Thank you

You know, you reminded me of something. You reminded me of when I was younger, when I stayed at home, my parents and we will always hear the crickets. They were so loud. But we don't hear them in the city. We don't. But the crickets were so loud. When I was in the country and when I was with my parents, you could hear them nightly. Like you knew that when the sun went down, you were going to hear them

But it's funny that you say the world heals you because I look at it the same way, like the world does heal us in some way or another. And also you said you can change your day around, which is also very true, because it's basically what you make it. No matter what's going on throughout your day, you can always make it better than how it starts or whatnot

You could not agree with you more. Nature is absolutely amazing. Whenever I am frazzled or having a bad day, I just go out and take a walk and I do, I take nature walks. I live in a very well, I work in an area that has a lot of farms and so I get to see a lot of animals. I get to see seeing the cows and the sheep and the ducks and just it makes me really happy

And then I remember us getting to the California area and how everything it's like this big mountain just opened up and everything was back to green again. There's not a lot of green, but there was enough and then just going, I love the ocean. So we went to Venice Beach. Loved it. We also went to it was another beach over there by La

I loved your reply. That was really cool. Yeah. California. We're definitely interesting out here. We have a lot of great scenery. I'm in Northern California but grew up in Southern and I work in Central, so I've kind of been all over the state. But, yeah, I really loved what you had to say, and I'm glad you love this state, and I hope you can make it on back through this way. Thanks. Bye
