Metformin = the devil

So she put me on there to help with the insulin so I wouldn't have to take as much, so it wouldn't cause me to gain weight. I was actually looking at my fitness pal and looking back at what I weighed, and, you know, I couldn't remember where I was, but I was almost, I was two pounds for my goal weight around, I guess, was about two and a half years ago

Sounds like, again, I've never taken it, but that medication almost reminds me of when I took progesterone. And progesterone is a hormone that develops early in pregnancy until the placenta comes in. And so that's usually the hormone that causes people to have morning sickness. Well, with my pregnancies, my progesterone was always low. And so, I mean, I remember it should have been like over 20, I think I was at a four

As a matter of fact, when I was pregnant, I was opposite of you, where I was always sick and had to take medication so that I wouldn't be sick with my son. I, um, I was so sick, like, I vomited all the time that I had to take medication with him. And then at right around 20 weeks, I was able to get off of it, and then it came back right at about 30, 32 weeks. And I was sick

I'm gonna give you some lantis and another insulin that you can take. And then the trulicity, and now it's something else they gave me. Not ozempic, girl, but something else they gave me for my insulin. And jardians. But, girl, metformin is the devil

Seen too many people die, too many people look sickly and old, and I'm just not trying to do that. I'm trying to look good. And if I got to be plumped to look good, I'll be plump and look good. But the 30 pounds that I did gain between my son being sick and me doing the insulin pump is too much for me because, like, it. I just don't like being big like that
