Lunch break: is it necessary

If you have this issue, discuss what you do during your lunch break to ensure that you get the whole hour to hold 30 minutes. Like I said, most society works through their lunch break. They don't necessarily get a lunch. They don't have time to relax here in the office. I have decided that at least once a month, my staff and I are going to go to lunch away from the office

And I'm not walking with a mask on, but walking at least three or four days a week on my lunch break is what I do. There are other days when I have to run errands and I say have to, but I'm a mom and I'm getting home from work after 06:00, so there's probably always let me run to the grocery store and grab a few items or the family dollar or something like that. So lunch breaks are a combination of exercise or running an errand

You're here to work. We want you to be focused all 8 hours of your shift or 4 hours of your shift. But just my viewpoint when I read it I guess it was meant to be provocative, right? It's like oh, is lunch breaks necessary? You come in, h*** yeah, they necessary

So my lunch break is normally just stretching, walking around, hydrating a little water here and there, maybe an energy drink, whatever the case may be, something that's just something normal. A lot of people don't have the opportunity to enjoy a full lunch break, a full hour

I don't get to go home and then work just over. If something it comes up, I have to take care of it. But the 15 minutes break has really gone out the window anyways. But I definitely tried to make sure I get my hour lunch today. I did not because I was eating and then something came up and I had to take her of it. So I kind of been just nibbling here and there and have not taken a break. But it's okay

Hey, thanks for replying. Yes, I was asking the question. To answer your question, I just didn't put a question mark. So yes, I was asking a question and yes, I was answering the question. When I do my podcast, the purpose of the podcast is to get other people's opinions. I want to know what your insight is. I want to know how you feel

So I'm glad that you are getting something in there. Even if it's just an energy drink that you enjoy, it is something. So keep doing what you're doing, keep taking your breaks, and keep believing yourself, because whatever it is that you're wanting to accomplish, it will come. And with or without that break, somebody's going to advance and somebody's going to get sent home. So it doesn't matter. So continue to do what you're doing. Thanks again

We would just either give a little give and take, maybe I would say, okay, I am willing to acquiesce to your first 15 minutes break time and for the second for my lunch, if I can keep that lunchtime. When I transition to leadership, though, I don't know, all of that went out the window. There's something about having your own office and being able to close the door and pace your work out in a salaried position throughout the day, throughout the week

Hey, I work from home, so nobody cares when I go to break. And I mean, that's the truth. Nobody cares. We don't have designated break times. We don't have to cover one another or any of that stuff. So we go to break whenever we want to. And I take an hour because I go to the gym on my lunch break, because I work two jobs. So I go to the gym on my lunch break and that's my time
