And I think part of that is his age. I think he's been coaching for so long and what used to work has kind of passed by and there's a new way to play the game of football now. That wasn't what you used to do, and he doesn't know how to pivot. And I think the same way. I hate to cross sports on people, but I think it's very similar to Vince McMahon

Part 2!

So it might not be an improvement, however, and they're talking about this on sports radio and stuff that I watch. Even if drummer was only a temporary thing, it could be just the fact that it is new and refreshing. It'll get the players rejuvenated and they'll kind of have a fresh start. So it might be an improvement, or I could be totally wrong about all of this and he could just be fine on his own and be incredible

You brought up a very interesting point, Zach, about chasing Don Chula's record. I don't know if that's important to him. It's tough to really kind of get in the mind of Bill Belichick. I never know what the heck he's thinking, but if that is important to him, I can see him definitely coaching again. But what's also interesting is his good friend Nick Saban announced his retirement earlier this week

Belichick has cemented his legacy in Foxborough.

Each year they hit or miss. But as far as Washington goes, it's not an ideal destination. Now he may not coach next season. He may end up being a football analyst, whether it's with Fox, CBS, NBC or even ESPN. Or one other option he could do. He could just sit back and enjoy his retirement with Nick Saban. I'm sure they have a few good stories to tell each other now as it pertains to who will replace Bill Belichick in New England
