Maybe we need to put in neck guard rules where every player has to wear a neck guard. Or another theory that I've heard by doing some research about this event is making hockey skates that are sharp enough to cut the ice but are cut resistant to human flesh

And Zach, I'm glad you mentioned the fact that they were looking into creating skates that will allow players to skate on ice but at the same time be cut resistant to humans. If they're able to do that, it will make the game a lot more safer. One thing I think hockey needs to a rule they need to implement would be for players not to leap on ice. I know it sounds crazy, but I've watched some games
