What you have said about the breakfast is going to I'm going to actually start taking your advice and maybe have more food or better quality high protein food in breakfast rather than the parathas which my wife gives me. And on dinner I would just stick to something simple which is going to be high in protein and less in carbs and fat. But thank you so much for posting. They really appreciate it
