Social media ruining Christmas
And I always thought Christmas would be like that. And you know what? It's just not. And it's very depressing to me because when I was a kid, I had that we wouldn't see some of our cousins that lived in New Jersey for a whole year. And then all of a sudden, Christmas day, here they come, and we just have fun together. And some of them were a good bit older than we were, and we would just have fun
But it still feels good this year to give and to be thoughtful with our gifts. And it's tough. It's tough because I know a lot of people all over are hurting right now financially, and it's just a difficult time. And we live in a society that so heavily prides itself on the giving, the gift, just on materialism, really. There's no other way to put it. But it's wild. It's wild for sure
