And I was surprised to see that particular message and the climax. I mean, the last episode was an eye opener for most of the people who don't understand the importance of mental wellness. So I was literally, literally puzzled after seeing that. And trust me, most of the time what happens is there might be a few situations where something wrong has happened and we start thinking that that has happened only because of us. Most of the time

So when I was watching that, I could recollect one of the incidents which has happened and which came in news similar to this incident. So what I could understand and what I wanted to share with all of you is when one of our family members are suffering from mental wellness, mental illness, it's very important that we take initiative, consider a mental wellness coach or a psychiatrist, and sort the problem out instead of saying that we don't have any mental issues to get appointments from them

Again, there are various ways by which we are able to capture the words today, but at several point of time times capturing these words are also invisible. They come out of the mouth, they go into somebody else's ears and it's an invisible energy which is destroying the people around us. And because it is invisible, we are not able to address, we still do not acknowledge that mental damage is real and mental wellness is important

And you should never hesitate to reach out to the right kind of professional, seek help, go and visit doctors, psychiatrist, whomsoever you have trust in, and you should continue with proper medication, therapy, whatever you are going through. And you shouldn't really discontinue it because mental health is the foremost and it's the most important aspect of your personality

It comes from a short prayer. You talk to whichever God you believe in, just like I am talking to you. You can talk in the same way. That's what the universe wants. So the moment you open up yourself, this mental stress that you are going through will also reduce. You can always relate to nature. You can write down the points. Never keep on repeating the same problems that you are having in life. Never think about it over and over again

You. I totally agree with you. This is like any other fever that you may have. So if you have fever, you have medicine. If you have problem with your eyesight, you wear spectacles. If you have problem with your hearing, you wear hearing AIDS. So similarly, if you have such a problem, it's good to see a specialist, a counselor, a psychiatrist or psychologist, or maybe talk to a friend. And yes, that is very important

Invisible and visible damage, this is something which is very crucial, I do agree. So when a damage is visible, we try to take immediate actions. And when something is invisible, like when you speak especially about mental illness, it is something invisible

When we get fever, we go to a doctor in the same manner. When you feel mentally some issue you are having, some issue, you go to a psychiatrist or mental wellness coach, that's not a mistake and that's not something wrong. But even now people consider it to be something abnormal. So making that mental health priority also as a normal thing is very, very important

There are various ways, but still, if you do not find any kind of improvement, then it is very important that you go to a mental wellness coach. But before that, one thing is realizing that we are suffering from a mental health issue and taking that initiative to solve it is very much important. In this case, which we discussed till now, the person himself, he did not realize that he's facing a mental issue, mental wellness issue. He's mentally ill, mentally sick

Hi, Ranjana Kamo, thank you so much for your reply. And you're absolutely right. So the points you have added, they're truly meaningful. So it is abnormal. People are considering it as abnormal, but it's normal. Like whatever issues you have physically, you go to a specialist to get rid of it. In the same manner, when you're facing some mental issues, it's again normal to go to a psychiatrist, psychologist or a counselor and get rid of it
