So basically, customers are the buyers of any firm's product and service. Customers are considered to be very important part of external microenvironment as a firm's. Survival as well as growth are completely dependent on the sales of the product or service. So it is very important to keep the customers satisfied coming to the marketing intermediaries
And I especially loved how you used the examples, you used the Cab, the companies Uber and Ola define what competitors are. You define what customers are. So really nice to listen to various principles in business. So I also easily understood these concepts. And I mean, at some point I also want to do business. So this is very interesting.
