It's hard from what I've heard, it's hard to with ageism and stuff like that sometimes. But it is really rewarding. And in jobs that I've had with people who are older or younger than me, I think that the workplace always benefits from having people in different generations who do things differently and think in different ways. So I think this is a positive, a positive thing
