And the reality is that's what we should do, but not at the expense of other people. Because at the end of the day, if you don't take time to build yourself up, if you don't take time to cultivate who you are as an individual and really embrace loving yourself so that you can be the best possible version for yourself and other people. Life is rough when we don't prioritize ourselves, when we don't set boundaries, when we don't express ourselves fully
And I was like, all right, yeah, this guy's on it, and then continue to literally say, exactly. I just couldn't stop nodding my head in agreeance with everything that you were saying.
