The unlikely ally

And so just that mindset of like, these are people you really want to identify these people early, especially in team building, because these are the people that you really have to win over. You don't have to win over the people who are like, all right, I'll give it a shot, they're on board. They're with you, right?

That person that you steal always goes against everything so when you come with a new idea you find that they’re on board. #mythoughts #teambuilding

I love the concept of the unlikely ally because it's also, like, a really good way to test how good your idea really is. I'm thinking in terms of business or collaboration. There's maybe people who trust you and know you and maybe have a predisposition to say yes to or say yes to your ideas, but people who are ready to be a bit more critical, it's great to get a more maybe objective view on what it is you're doing
