And I mean basically internally and spiritually and just to kind of regroup and have some more energy, whether it's being poured onto you or you are out, just doing things to soak up more good vibes and good energy. Because when we're not in peace and we're not moving in peace or operating in peace or even sitting in peace, sometimes our lives become more chaotic than it has to be. Don't get me wrong. It's always going to be something that comes up, right?
