Talk About It Tuesday - What do those Beds Look Like?

Curious minds want to know because I want to know what your morning routine is. And if you all leave the house and make your bed, I'm telling you, you all between the positive self talk and making your bed will be an amazing feeling in the morning. So just like yesterday, I asked you to do the positive talk and positive affirmations every morning. I'm going to throw that into it

I'll save you from having a picture because I actually don't post pictures of intimate spaces online. And I think that's important because you brought up a very important topic here about the bed. I believe in a whole nighttime routine. I believe in what we call sleep hygiene. It really helps

Again, also very true, because a lot of times what we're going through right before bed, or whatever the case may be, if we don't clear that and get rid of that and take care of that mental, sacred space, it will carry over in our subconscious, our unconsciousness, and then it's possibly nine times out of ten going to still be there when we wake up
