Wisdom Wednesday

So I manage my depression and my anxiety, and I think I do a very good job of that. But I am aware of my triggers and my own mental health, and I'm very intentional about taking care of that. I'm very intentional about not letting my nine to five overwhelm me and consume me. And if I feel myself getting in that space, I'll be like, yeah, I'm taking some days off. I need some mental health days. I'm going on a vacation
