So let's just jump right in and start with physical self care, right? Our self care. When we talk about the physical self care, we have to be mindful. We have to feed our bodies what we need, right? So what that means is we can't just sit up and eat junk food all day. We can't eat sweets all day. We need to feed our body what it needs. We need to listen to our bodies, right, and then adjust
