Sleep Schedules

article image placeholderUploaded by @cassidywat
So from the articles I read online, that means like most nights of the week I'm not getting the quote unquote recommended amount of sleep for the correct number of sleep cycles to pass through, I believe. Which honestly, I don't think it affects me too much or at least isn't highly visible. But to me there's nothing better than falling asleep accidentally at 12:00 p.m. 10:00 p.m. On the couch and then waking up in the morning at a reasonable hour

And that's why I've come to take lots of supplements like Melatonin or TylenolPM, so that no matter what I do fall asleep around 11, 11, 30, like whether I want to or not. If it's not for that, if I don't take an aid, my mind will ruminate I probably would be away till 02:00 a.m. And I am someone who already struggles with it's not good for me to not get the full 8 hours

I have a really sleep schedules, although I still organize everything on the daylight. I probably shouldn't say this, but I drink a lot of coffee and I usually go to sleep like around 200 in the morning because I'm probably just busy doing something for school or in general and then I have to get up like maybe at 430 in the morning because I have to go to work at five and I keep drinking more coffee and it's just a habit

Hi so I completely agree. I am a total night out and mornings are extremely rough for me and so like getting up for class, like I'll do it and I'll get up but then I find myself taking a nap in the middle of the day and it it really has messed with my sleep schedules in College because then I end up staying up later to do my homework and I usually just can't fall asleep anyway
