The "N" in No

article image placeholderUploaded by @candylives
There are various instances and various situations where actually saying no could help you out a lot. And it can be difficult to say, depending on the situations that we face. But you know what? From my observation, what I'm learning recently is that saying no, actually saying no and putting your needs first and reinforcing your boundaries is actually quite a healthy thing to do. And growing up right, I haven't been taught to say no to others

Hello. Good morning. A wonderful and a very thought provoking piece. I agree. Saying no is a very difficult word in my vocabulary. Probably it's the most difficult word. It's not that saying no is difficult. It's the people's reaction and how they feel the need to not accept that no. Not respect that no. Hopefully I would improve. Until then, stay cool and see you around

Like, be like, no. No. But saying no to a person and then having to observe and respond to their reaction is, like, very uncomfortable. But I can candy say that I'm just now wetting my feet in learning the art of saying no. And I think it's even more harder to say no to your loved ones, to your friends and loved ones, compared to strangers. Strangers. You don't really care about what they think sometimes
