You. This is a guided meditation for all those people who want to destress after a long day of work. So find yourself in a comfortable place. Relax and close your eyes and listen to the sound of my voice. You be present of your body. Feel the energy from the top of your head to the bottom of your feet. Feel your body and find yourself in a state of fluidity

My sister asked me to create a guided meditation for stress. So this is my first time doing this. I hope you enjoy it!

Hi, Candy. I really found your swell very helpful because this is something because every day we undergo lot of stress, we have to deal with lot of situations. Sometimes we feel like we are tired. We feel like we have to give up. So it is very important that we nurture our brain along with our body. And that's where all this comes. Do the picture and your guided meditation for stress. I really found it very helpful
