I'm talking about people who are genuinely happy living a fulfilling and balanced life. So I thought, you know what? I looked at some of these people and I reflected on it and I thought, why not share a few simple habits that I think are highly underrated but hold such power when it comes to leading a healthy, balanced life? But what I was trying to say is, I think the point is to be aware of what the unhealthy habit is to unlearn and to break that pattern and to replace it with healthy habits. And I think this is equally hard. It's hard to cultivate a good habit, and it's hard to unlearn a bad habit as well. So those were my thoughts on habits. And I'm sure that as you were listening, you had your own perspective, your own thoughts to add

Hi candy, I just loved your thoughts and I truly believe that every good habit can empower your mind somewhere. Every good habit can lead you to a path of bigger edge, that is happiness. And at the end of the day, we all want to be happy. We all want to feel that peacefulness within ourselves

Hi, candy. Very good morning. You are absolutely right. Habits make a lot of difference in our lives. The best habits will help you to grow and the bad habits will pull you down and inhibit your growth. And especially when you talked about the best habits and sleep. Sleep is something really, really important. I do feel that because the more and more, I mean, the proper sleep you have, your brain, your body, everything functions well

Once you get used to it, it's different. But on the other hand, right, when it comes to a good habit, even if you want to like a simple thing, as what, man? What can we say? A simple habit like, okay, I will eat more healthy vegetables in my diet. And it's so difficult. It's so difficult to incorporate it and actually follow it. And unlearning it is so easy
