I Hate Valentine’s Day….
So it doesn't make sense to me that there's one day in a year that is set aside to celebrate love. Now hear me out. Love should be celebrated every day of the year. You should value whoever it is. You should value your partner throughout the day. Sorry, not throughout the day like every day. You know what I mean? It's the way you are present in the relationship. So I don't get it

It's love is love. In whichever package it might come, it could be from a spouse, a lover, parent, sibling, pet, etc. Etc. And it should not be celebrated. I mean, it shouldn't have just one day for celebrating it. Love should be celebrated every day, every moment. And I think what you're saying is right

The woman was my friend. Then her husband became friend also. I learned from the two of them that you should be each other's Valentine. Every day they hugged. They would flirt with each other and call each other honey. And sometimes they would argue, but not really real argument. They discussed things. And my friend, she was my coworker. She was very romantic. I say was because they were much older. They've both passed away

These little things, especially after being in this wonderful relationship for six years, I don't think that I personally look for grand expressions of love. It's the little things for me. So, yeah, I am not very fond of Valentine's mania either. And I really believe that love, love should be celebrated every day if you are with the right kind of people, your partner, your friends. Similarly, I mean, I share the same kind of notions for friendship day also
But all in all, I'm so glad. February 14, at least for me, has passed on by. It was just a normal day for me, and I was in Brunei, so nothing. And as you said, to each his own. To each his own. Like, who am I to stop another person from being happy? But I was just sharing my thoughts on why it just doesn't work out for me

It's good to be here to listen to you guys, yours, well, or all the other friends of ours who keep on posting such wonderful stuff. And it's necessary in a way. It's like food for thought.
