Generating Value for Yourself

article image placeholderUploaded by @candylives
And usually I look at it in a couple of different categories. I think about it in terms of my mental health. I think about it in terms of my physical being, my emotional well being. Candy my spiritual well being. This is how I look at it. I try to think about it in these terms. And I've started to do things differently. I've started to write because I truly enjoy expressing myself through this medium. And I really don't write for other people

Hi Candy. It's wonderful the topics that you pick are so innovative and yet so fundamental to our day to day lives. It's wonderful how you are able to recognize them and talk about them so eloquently and you present your thoughts in such a structured manner, in such a nice comprehensive manner. It's really admirable it and I think generating value for yourself is something within the ambit of self care. And for self care you need to prioritize yourself, which we are not often taught to

Okay. I didn't realize when five minutes got over. I'm also sleepy. So I'm sorry if I was incoherent, but yes, this is what I was about to say, that I thank you for bringing out such a wonderful and such an insightful topic. Definitely people will introspect all the people in your talking circle would definitely introspect and reflect on this, and it is definitely going to add some productivity and meaning in their existence, that is for sure

Hi, Candy. Thank you so much for this advice. This is one of the question that was rolling out in my mind since so many days, because when I do certain things, I do out of passion. But people say, why are you doing multiple things at the same time? You are stressing yourself. You shouldn't do this, you shouldn't do that. Or when you're doing that, what result are you getting out of it?

This is one thing. And another thing I would like to say that having a hobby or activity, pursuing an activity that gives you joy, it is very, very good for your mental well being and it makes you interesting. As well because I've met a lot of people in corporate world who are not passionate about their jobs, who do not like their jobs at all and plus they do not follow any hobby or anything also, which makes them very insipid and burnt out
