Storytelling: Red flags in the Workplace
I quickly recognized that the values of the organization and my personal values clashed. And let me tell you why. This was a christian organization. And I found that they wanted an administrator who could serve both the role of a manager and also serve the role of a spiritual leader in a company, in their hospital, where they literally are spiritual leaders to the employees and the patients. And this is something that I wasn't comfortable with. You know, for me, work is very separate from my faith
I want a good place to reside. I want some good packages. You know, if this, all of this is suitable for me, then I can choose the job. And you won't believe what happened next, guys. This boss of mine did look at the move she makes. She said, are you telling me that if you do not find the offer suitable, that you'll move on from our organization?

So definitely and they become rude many times, many times they in increment, they don't give you enough growth also. And day to day things are there like rude behavior of bosses and they are not ready to listen to you and they just want to order you. And many times they are so much toxic and mental peace you lose. And so organizations are like that. Definitely you are absolutely right. This is happening and each and everybody who is working in organization, definitely they are feeling all this
And, you know, and I think they treat, they treat people who work with, with them as being dispensable, you know, and I think they, they kind of treat people knowing that, oh, they're dependent on them or they're desperate for it. Maybe that's why they treat, you know, employees in this manner. But, yeah, as you said, it does cause a lot of stress. It does cause, it really does affect you
