Oh Lord! How much longer?

I will pour my love as an ointment to all those who are similarly broken hearted and in pain. I will stand as a testament that I was not overcome and that every suffering was repaid with a blessing, that one day I will see this with my eyes. So God grant me the grace to keep fighting till I reach that place. May you hear the prayer of this warrior who is simply fighting the endless good fight

#meditative #prayer #reflective This is a reflective emotional meditative piece dedicated to those warriors that fight the endless fight.

Good evening, Candy. Your poem is so beautifully poignant that I wish to savor its each and every word and sentence again and again. The most important part of this poem is that it is so much full of realism and positive pessimism that every broken hearted person and trauma stricken person goes through. And the words such as resistance, training and warrior, which you've used, are very powerful and very beautiful and very related to the context

So it was really nice hearing that from someone, from someone listening to it giving me a different third person perspective. And I have to be honest, I was a little hesitant to put this out there because I know that it's difficult to digest. This topic is difficult to digest, and it might not be easy to hear for a lot of people. It might have made them uncomfortable. So this is what made me a little hesitant

This poem has my heart @candylives

I need to confess, Candy. This actually made me cry. This is such a powerful poem. And I wouldn't be lying if I said that this was me. There was so much of me in this. I have actually bookmarked this post because I definitely want to keep going back to it again and again. There is comfort, there is hope. There is so much in those lines. There is beauty, there is grace. And most importantly, there is patience

Hello, and thank you so much for responding to this well, and, oh, my God. I didn't really mean to make you cry. But at the same time, I'm really, really glad that my words that I have written touched your heart and that they were encouraging and comforting and soothing to you. That really means a lot to me

Hey, Candy. So I had listened to this poem of yours the day you posted, but I was too chaotic within my own mind to be able to process this wonderful creation of yours in its entirety and react on it. So today, when I am feeling quite it, quite myself, so I thought maybe I should not delay listening to it and responding to it anymore. Thanks for inviting me. First of all, Candy, it's wonderfully written
