The "A" in Anger

article image placeholderUploaded by @candylives
And this is the A in anger. If I had to think of an imagery to define anger, I think about wildfires. So what are wildfires, you say? I think a lot of people refer to them as forest fires or bush fires. And these are basically unplanned fires that start when the weather is very arid and dry. A single spark can quickly cause an uncontrollable raging fire. And the other aspect of it is that it spreads very fast in an instant

Hi Candy. Thank you for starting this podcast series driven by alphabets. It's so ingenious and interesting and I liked how you took the topic of anger because it resonated deeply with me. I am not an angry person but when I get triggered, I really get triggered and it I really get angry. So much so that I can feel the fire running through my veins. My rage is destructive and for me I'm not somebody who would throw things and who would really destroy. Destroy

Because out of anger, what we do, we only don't know because anger turns you out into something very, very different, which is not really good. So that is the reason it's very important how you maintain your anger, how do you control it and what kind of precautions that you take so that you don't misbehave with your anger. So that is something which is really important in whatever profession you are that will actually affect your mental peace also

This is a tangent completely unrelated to your thoughts, but I've noticed how people really very quiet, right, people who are usually more patient, it's like when they get angry, it's kind of very explosive sometimes, or very scary, because I think perhaps we don't see those people getting angry. So it kind of comes as a shock for us. And there's something that happens to me as well. People get shocked when I get angry

You. Hello, and thank you for sharing your thoughts on anger. And I am so deeply complimented that you would share it with your students as well. So let me know how that goes. And yes, I think what you mentioned about anger, right, it really turns us into another kind of person, someone who is like, usually very unrecognizable, someone who usually has a very erratic behavior
